Students in Mrs. Rodriguez's class at Avenue A in Hutchinson, used flip cameras to retell the story of Satchel Paige using the Paper Slide technique. They used clip art they found on the internet.

The students who retold the story of Satchel Paige were totally surprised when they received a letter and signed posters from Satchel Paige's daughter through the Satchel Paige Foundation. Her letter stated that her father would have been delighted that they chose to honor him in such a high tech fashion.
