Students at Oxford MiddleSchool (OMS) honored Kansas Veterans while applying writing skills using research and technology. Every month the Honor Flight Network transports a group of America’s veterans to Washington DC to visit the memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices. In November of 2010, 37 Kansas veterans traveled on the Honor Flight tour. One of the Kansas veterans on this flight was from Oxford, Kansas.
