TRC inservice is next Tuesday, Sept. 9. We will meet at the Garden City district office on Flemming St. It is across the street from the theater. If you have never been here they have an amazing teacher resource center. Every kind of die cut you could imagine. We will not start inservice until 9:30 so if you have some things you need cut feel free to utilize the center. I will be there by 8:30 if any wants to use the facilities.

I finally got a room reserved for our training next week. We will be meeting in the Lakin Middle School conference room. 1201 W. Kingman Ave.
TriPlains will be coming in on HWY 25 from the north. When you get to Lakin take a right when you get to the stop sign (hwy 50). Merge to the left lane and take the SECOND left which is Campbell Street. You will go 3 blocks to Kingman Ave. Take a right and go 2 blocks to the middle school. If you go into the main office they will direct you back to the conference room.
Healy you will be coming in on HWY 50 so when you pass the 50/25 junction which is at Subway you will then follow the same bolded directions above.
We will start at 9:00 am and work to get you guys on the road by 2:30.
I would like for everyone to bring a sample of a project you have done in your class to share with everyone.
Come with an idea that you would like information about.
Bring a jump drive (this would be could place to put some of your samples to share)
Be prepared to share how the technology is enriching your classroom and your content areas.
To post your PowerPoint, go to the "blog" tab near the top of the page. Under my post, you will see a place "add a comment". Simply type a little description of your PowerPoint and then click on the little white rectangle in the tool bar of the comment box (it's hard to see but right next to the black camera icon). This will give you a pop up box where you can browse your computer, select your ppt file.
Let me know if this does not work. I think I need to send out instructions to the whole group! Good question!
