Lesson: Weather on Earth Powerpoint

Grade: 5th

School: Deerfield Elementary

In this lesson the student learn about different types of weather. They get the choice of what type of weather they research and they are allowed to be creative with their powerpoint presentations. They already have a basic background with powerpoint and are allowed to alter a template that the teacher provides.

After presenting to their peers, the teacher creates a simple CPS assessment based off the information the students had in their presentation. (This makes the audience more attentive since they know they are going to be tested).
