Donors Choose

Donors Choose http://www.donorschoose.org/teachers is a powerful nonprofit organization that accepts requests year round from any classroom teacher in the United States for project and classroom supplies. This nonprofit then allows donors to choose the project that they want to fund and the turn around for funding is very fast and easy. I would encourage teachers to work with their students to propose a project that will grab the attention of a donor while meeting the academic needs of the class.
